Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is an opportunity to explore the practice of yoga in a slightly different way. This YTT provides a foundation of connection. 

​

Don’t have a desire to teach others? That’s completely okay! Most students take part in this training to gain a better understanding of self and build a foundation for their own practice.

We provide a course manual and materials.

Over the course of training, we delve into what it means to truly practice yoga. As long as you’re open to learning and participating in discussions, you are welcome to the training.
